1. Introduction

2. Scope of services provided

Asia Trans Cargo provides services for organizing international cargo transportation and logistics, including, but not limited to:

• Organization of cargo transportation by sea, air, rail and road transport.
• Customs clearance and other documentary support for cargo.
• Services for warehousing, processing and delivery of cargo.
• Consulting services in the field of logistics.

All services are provided on the basis of separate contracts/other agreements and in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and international law.

3. Use of the Site

• The User undertakes to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
• It is prohibited to carry out actions that may damage the Site, disrupt its operation or gain unauthorized access.
• All information posted on the Site is for reference and informational purposes only and is not a public offer.

4. Applications and orders

• Any application for calculating the cost of transportation left through the Site is preliminary and is not an obligation of the Company.
• The final terms, cost and terms are stipulated in a written agreement, application or invoice.

5. Intellectual property

• All materials on the Site, including texts, images, logos, graphics, software, are the property of Asia Trans Cargo LLC or its partners and are protected by Russian legislation.
• Copying, distribution or use of materials without the written consent of the Company is prohibited.

6. Personal data and confidentiality

• By submitting their personal data through the Site forms, the User agrees to their processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• The data is used exclusively to provide services, communicate with clients and fulfill legal obligations.

7. Limitation of liability

8. Applicable law and dispute resolution

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
• All disputes and disagreements are subject to settlement through negotiations. In case of impossibility of settlement, they are considered in the courts of Moscow.

9. Changes to the Agreement

• Asia Trans Cargo LLC reserves the right to change the terms of the Agreement unilaterally without prior notice.
• Continued use of the Site after changes have been made means the User agrees to the new terms.
