How are customs duties and VAT determined?
They depend on the HS (TN VED) code of each product and its invoice value. In our calculator you can enter several items with different codes and see customs payments separately from the freight cost.
Which documents are required?
Usually the commercial invoice, packing list and supplier contract. Additional permits or certificates may be needed for some product categories such as food, medicines or chemicals.
